摘要
核电厂在大修期间需对柴油发电机进行检修,而检修后需开展逻辑和工艺上的试验来验证柴油发电机的可用性。这是核电厂大修的关键路径,也是状态转换的必要条件之一,所以如何高效开展应急柴油发电机的检修工作显得尤为重要。从技术层面和监督层面分析逻辑试验后直接开展柴油发电机满功率试验的可行性,提出柴油发电机逻辑试验的改进措施,以节省大修时间。
During the outage period of nuclear power plant,the diesel generator needs to be overhauled.After the overhaul,the logic and process tests need to be carried out to verify the availability of the diesel generator.This is the key path of nuclear power plant outage,and it is also one of the necessary conditions of state transition.Thus,how to carry out the maintenance work of emergency diesel generator efficiently is particularly important.The feasibility of directly carrying out full power test of diesel generator after logic test is analyzed from the technical level and supervision requirements,and the improvement measures for logic test of diesel generator are put forward,so as to save overhaul time.
