核电站应急柴油机起动蓄电池1E级鉴定研究

摘要 在秦一厂第一次概率安全评审(PSR)时发现应急柴油机(EDG)起动蓄电池未经过核安全级(1E级)质量鉴定,设备质量等级不能满足安全技术要求。为解决PSR弱项问题,开展了EDG蓄电池1E级鉴定的研究工作,探索了起动蓄电池1E级鉴定方法,结合起动蓄电池运行工况特点,对核级鉴定的老化试验方法提出了优化,首次实现了AGM阀控密封铅酸蓄电池1E级鉴定。 During the first probabilistic safety review(PSR)of Qinhuangdao No.1 plant,it was found that the starting battery of emergency diesel engine(EDG)had not passed the nuclear safety level(1E)quality appraisal,and the equipment quality level could not meet the safety technical requirements.In order to solve the problem of PSR weakness,the research work of EDG battery 1E level qualification was carried out,and the 1E level qualification method of starting battery was explored.Combined with the characteristics of starting battery operating conditions,the aging test method of nuclear level identification is optimized,and the 1E level identification of AGM valve regulated lead-acid battery is realized for the first time.
