摘要 作为设备可靠性管理流程的输入,准确的设备可靠性分级结果是成功运用设备可靠性管理流程的重要基础。介绍了田湾核电站设备可靠性分级的技术方法及可靠性分级结果在分级信息化管理、CC1设备管理、备品备件优化、预防性维修优化等方面的创新应用。实践证明,田湾核电站的设备可靠性分级对减少机组非停和降低机组运营成本起到了积极的促进作用,对同行开展设备可靠性管理工作具有一定的参考和借鉴价值。 As the input of equipment reliability management process,accurate equipment reliability classification results are the important basis for successful application of equipment reliability management process.The technical method of equipment reliability classification and the innovative application of equipment reliability classification results in information management of classification,CC1 management,spare parts optimization,preventive maintenance optimization,etc.are introduced.Practice has proved that the equipment reliability classification of Tianwan nuclear power plant has played a positive role in reducing the non-stop of units and reducing the operation cost of units,and has a certain reference value for peers to carry out equipment reliability management.
