摘要
设计了一台额定功率为28 kW的YASA结构轴向磁通永磁电机,并对相同槽数下电机的输出转矩能力进行了分析。首先,介绍了YASA结构轴向磁通永磁电机的拓扑结构,给出了部分尺寸的计算表达式。其次,综合电机结构紧凑、齿槽转矩小、效率高的特点,确定了合适的极槽配合。同时,分析比较了电机在定子槽数相同、极数不同情况下的输出转矩。研究表明,轭部厚度相同时,电机输出转矩随着极数的减少而降低;输出转矩相同时,转子轭部厚度随着极数增加而减小。最后,通过建立三维有限元模型仿真及分析比较,验证了YASA结构轴向磁通电机的转矩结论,对于轴向磁通电机的设计和应用具有一定的参考意义。
A YASA structure axial flux permanent magnet motor with a rated power of 28kW is designed,and the output torque capacity of the motor under the same number of slots is analyzed.Firstly,the topological structure of the YASA structure axial flux permanent magnet motor is introduced,and the calculation expressions of some dimensions are given.Secondly,the characteristics of compact structure,small cogging torque and high efficiency of the motor are combined to determine the appropriate pole-slot fit.At the same time,the output torque of the motor under the same number of stator slots and different number of poles is analyzed and compared.Studies have shown that when the thickness of the yoke is the same,the motor output torque decreases as the number of poles decreases.When the output torque is the same,the thickness of the rotor yoke decreases as the number of poles increases.Finally,through the establishment of three-dimensional finite element model simulation and analysis and comparison,the torque conclusion of the YASA structure axial flux motor is verified,which has certain reference significance for the design and application of the axial flux motor.
