不同方式饲养的七星瓢虫对茶蚜捕食功能研究 被引量:3

摘要 本研究通过对人工饲料加豆蚜及纯豆蚜饲养的七星瓢虫对茶蚜的捕食能力进行评价,以倒数法拟合Holling圆盘方程,明确不同饲养方式七星瓢虫对茶蚜的捕食能力。研究结果表明,当N→∞时,每头豆蚜饲养的七星瓢虫成虫的后代1~4龄幼虫以及雄雌成虫在1 d内对茶蚜的最大捕食量分别为30.7692、94.3396、303.0303、588.2353、222.2222、500.0000头。当N→∞时,每头混合饲养的七星瓢虫成虫的后代1~4龄幼虫以及雄雌成虫在1d内对茶蚜的最大捕食量分别为29.6736、112.3596、277.7778、555.5556、120.4819、188.6793头。豆蚜饲养七星瓢虫和混合饲养七星瓢虫成虫两种方式饲养的七星瓢虫第1代各龄幼虫对茶蚜的捕食量之间没有显著性差异(P>0.05,n=6),混合饲养七星瓢虫幼虫羽化的成虫对茶蚜的捕食量极显著低于豆蚜饲养七星瓢虫幼虫羽化的成虫对茶蚜的捕食量(P<0.01,n=6)。本研究表明,混合饲养的七星瓢虫对茶蚜具有较强的捕食能力,在七星瓢虫对茶蚜的防治应用中具有广泛前景。 In this study,the predation ability of Coccinella septempunctata on Toxoptera aurantii Boyer was evaluated by artificial feed and Aphis medicaginis and pure Aphis medicaginis.The Holling disc equation was fitted by the reciprocal method to clarify the predation ability of C.septempunctata on T.aurantii with different feeding methods.Results showed that when N→∞,the maximum predation of the 1st to 4th instar larvae and the male and female adults of each A.medicaginis reared on the T.aurantii were 30.7692,94.3396,303.0303,588.2353,222.2222,500.0000 head.When N→∞,the maximum predation of the 1st to 4th instar larvae and the male and female adults of each mixed-bred C.septempunctata adult on T.aurantii in 1 day are 29.6736,112.3596,277.7778,555.5556,120.4819,188.6792,respectively.There was no significant difference between the predation of T.aurantii by the first generation of the larvae of each instar of C.septempunctata(p>0.05,n=6),mixed.The predation of the emergent adults of C.septempunctata larvae on T.aurantii was extremely significantly lower than that of the emergence adults of C.septempunctata larvae on the T.aurantii(p<0.01,n=6).This study shows that mixed-bred C.septempunctata has a strong predation ability on T.aurantii,and it has broad prospects in the application of C.septempunctata to the control of T.aurantii.
