摘要
体育课堂中通过科学调控,达到适宜运动负荷,能帮助小学生发展体能,促进小学生健康成长。本文对体育课堂运动负荷及其相关因素进行分析,阐述了科学有效调控运动负荷的方法,提出借助运动负荷监测设备实时监测运动负荷、关注学生个体差异量身定制运动负荷、灵活采用增器械、改变组织练习方法、强化课堂常规管理等多种方法灵活调控运动负荷,以提高课堂教学效果,从而努力实现促进小学生健康全面成长的目标。
In the physical education classroom,through scientific control to achieve the appropriate exercise load,it can help primary school students to develop their physical stamina and promote their healthy growth.This article analyzes the exer‐cise load and related factors in the physical education classroom,expounds the scientific and effective method of regulating ex‐ercise load,proposes real-time monitoring of exercise load with the aid of exercise load monitoring equipment,pays attention to individual differences in students to tailor exercise load,flexibly adopts additional equipment,and changes the organization exercise methods,strengthen classroom routine management and other methods to flexibly control the exercise load to im‐prove classroom teaching effects,so as to strive to achieve the goal of promoting the healthy and comprehensive growth of pri‐mary school students.
