Primary school English as a particularly important course in primary school education,in the process of teach‐ing reform should be actively comply with the specific requirements and the development tendency of the new curriculum teaching reform,follow the student-oriented teaching principle,and effectively carry out the scientific and rational setting of the content of primary school English teaching.This article discusses the exploration and practice of primary school English teaching reform under the new situation.
