如何对小学生进行劳动教育

How to Carry out Labor Education for Primary School Students

伴随着新课改的教学目标和教学理念的提出,学生的综合能力和综合素质培养成为教育工作者的工作重点内容的一部分,而劳动素质作为学生整体素质的一部分,是践行新课改要求的重要内容之一。因此,在劳动教育长期流于形式的背景下,如何在新时期对小学生群体展开劳动教育,将其重新纳入整个学校教学活动的组成中,是教育工作者在今后的教育工作中所要探索的内容之一。本文提出对小学生进行劳动教育的策略,以期为今后劳动教育的顺利进行提供部分参考。

With the introduction of the teaching goals and teaching concepts of the new curriculum reform,the cultiva‐tion of students'comprehensive abilities and comprehensive qualities has become a part of the focus of the work of educators.And labor quality,as a part of the overall quality of students,is one of the important contents for practicing the requirements of the new curriculum reform.Therefore,under the background that labor education has been a mere formality for a long time,how to carry out labor education for primary school students in the new era and reintegrate it into the composition of the entire school's teaching activities,is one of the contents that educators will explore in the future education work.This article puts for‐ward the strategy of labor education for primary school students,hoping to provide some references for the smooth progress of labor education in the future.
