幼儿教师心理障碍成因及对策

摘要 幼儿思想纯洁、天真活泼、好动可爱,因此,大多数人会认为与其一同成长的幼儿教师一定会是积极向上、阳光乐观的。其实,相较于其他教育职业,幼儿教师的心理障碍问题更加应该得到关注。因此,应有效解决幼儿教师的心理问题,降低这些不健康因素的负面影响,给幼儿的学习与生活铺平道路。 Children's thoughts are pure,innocent and lively,active and lovely,so most people think that the early child‐hood teachers who grow up with them must be positive,sunny and optimistic.In fact,compared with other education profes‐sions,the psychological barrier of early childhood teachers should be paid more attention.Therefore,it is necessary to effec‐tively solve the psychological problems of early childhood teachers,reduce the negative impact of these unhealthy factors,and pave the way for children's learning and life.
