移动居家护理平台提升妊娠糖尿病随访管理质量的应用价值

Application value of mobile home care platform in improving the quality of gestational diabetes mellitus follow-up management

目的探讨移动居家护理平台在妊娠糖尿病(GDM)随访管理中的应用价值。方法选择2021年1月至5月于江西省宜春市妇幼保健院行孕期建档的96例GDM患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(48例)和观察组(48例)。对照组实施常规随访管理,观察组在此基础上采用移动居家护理平台干预,两组均随访至患者分娩后。比较两组的血糖控制效果、生活质量及妊娠结局。结果观察组干预后的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平分别为(3.41±0.57)、(6.88±1.52)mmol/L,低于对照组的(3.98±0.65)、(7.85±1.70)mmol/L;生活质量评分为(70.70±15.82)分,高于对照组(62.63±14.79)分;不良妊娠结局总发生率为4.17%,低于对照组的18.75%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论移动居家护理平台在GDM随访管理有较高的应用价值,利于提升血糖控制效果,提高生活质量,改善妊娠结局。

Objective To explore the application effect of mobile home care platform in the follow-up management of gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods A total of 96 GDM patients treated in Yichun Maternity and Child Health Hospital from January to May 2021 were selected as objects of study.They were divided into the control group(48 cases)and the observation group(48 cases)according to random number table method.The control group received routine follow-up management,while the observation group adopted the mobile home nursing platform to intervene.The two groups were followed up to the patients after delivery.The blood glucose control effect,quality of life and pregnancy outcome were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose levels in the observation group were(3.41±0.57)and(6.88±1.52)mmol/L respectively,which were lower than those in the control group of(3.98±0.65)and(7.85±1.70)mmol/L;the score of quality of life was(70.70±15.82)points,which was higher than that in the control group of(62.63±14.79)points,the total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome was 4.17%lower than that in the control group of 18.75%,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Mobile home care platform has a high application value in the follow-up management of GDM,which is beneficial to improving the effect of blood sugar control,improving the quality of life and improving the outcome of pregnancy.
