中药封包护理干预在胃脘痛患者中的应用效果

Application effect of nursing intervention of traditional Chinese medicine encapsulation in patients with epigastric pain

目的探讨中药封包护理干预在胃脘痛患者中的应用效果。方法选取2020年2月至2021年2月瑞昌市中医医院收治的92例胃脘痛患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(46例)和观察组(46例)。两组均予以常规西药治疗,对照组加用常规护理干预,观察组在对照组的基础上加用中药封包护理干预。比较两组的干预效果、临床症状消失时间。结果观察组的干预总有效率为95.65%,高于对照组的82.61%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的胃脘疼痛、泛吐清水、四肢不温、食少纳呆症状消失时间为(4.03±0.69)、(3.96±0.52)、(5.12±1.08)、(3.48±0.46)d,短于对照组的(5.71±1.12)、(4.87±1.03)、(6.52±1.13)、(4.31±0.57)d,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药封包护理干预可增强胃脘痛干预效果,加快患者的临床症状消失,减轻患者痛苦。

Objective To investigate the application effect of nursing intervention of traditional Chinese medicine encapsulation in patients with epigastric pain.Methods A total of 92 patients with epigastric pain admitted to Ruichang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2020 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects,and were divided intot he control group(46 cases)and the observation group(46 cases)by random number table method.The two groups were treated with conventional western medicine,the control group was added with conventional nursing intervention,and the observation group was treated with nursing intervention of traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group.The intervention effect and clinical symptom disappearance time were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.65%,higher than 82.61%of the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).The disappearance time of symptoms of epigastriac pain,vomiting water,cold limbs and symptoms in the observation group were(4.03±0.69),(3.96±0.52),(5.12±1.08)and(3.48±0.46)d,which were shorter than(5.71±1.12),(4.87±1.03),(6.52±1.13)d and(4.31±0.57)d in the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing intervention of traditional Chinese medicine encapsulation can enhance the intervention effect of epigastric pain,accelerate the disappearance of clinical symptoms and alleviate the suffering of patients.
