摘要 围产期是奶牛最为特殊的生理阶段,这一时期奶牛经历了妊娠-产犊-泌乳三个巨大的生理变化,从而引起能量负平衡,诱发产后诸多疾病的发生,给奶牛养殖造成严重的经济损失。本文对奶牛围产期生理机能变化规律、能量代谢特点及能量负平衡的危害和预防措施的最新研究进展进行了综述,以期为围产期奶牛疾病预防和产后保健提供理论基础。 The perinatal period is the most special physiological stage of dairy cows.During this period,dairy cows experience three huge physiological changes of pregnancy-calving-lactation,which cause negative energy balance,induce many diseases after delivery,and cause serious economic loss in dairy farming.This review focuses on the latest research progress,from the perspective of the perinatal physiological function changes of dairy cows.It is expected to provide a theoretical basis for perinatal dairy cow disease prevention and postpa rtum health care.
