哺乳期腹泻犊牛粪便中病原流行状况调查

摘要 随着国内牧场饲养管理水平的不断提高,犊牛腹泻问题越来越受到重视。为获取国内牧场哺乳期腹泻犊牛粪便中常见病原及牛诺如病毒和牛嵴病毒的流行情况,本次调查采用多种病原检测方法对国内6个地区18个牧场的130份哺乳期腹泻犊牛粪便样品中的7种病原进行检测。调查发现:牛轮状病毒和微小隐孢子虫检出率最高,分别为38.5%(50/130)和37.7%(49/130);牛冠状病毒、大肠杆菌F5和球虫检出率分别为13.1%(17/130)、6.2%(8/130)和3.8%(5/130);牛诺如病毒和牛嵴病毒的检出率分别为10.0%(13/130)和4.6%(6/130)。并在2日龄腹泻犊牛粪便中检出了微小隐孢子虫。调查表明,轮状病毒和隐孢子虫在犊牛中感染率最高,牛诺如病毒和牛嵴病毒等新发病原的流行情况仍需要进一步调查。 With the continuous improvement of dairy farms management,calf diarrhea has been paid more and more attention.To obtain the prevalence of common pathogens,Bovine Norovirus and Bovine Kobuvirus in the faeces of pre-weaned calves in China.In this study,7 pathogens were detected in 130 faecal samples of pre-weaned diarrhea calves collected from 18 farms in 6 regions of China.The detection rates of Bovine Rotavirus and Cryptosporidium parvum were 38.5%(50/130)and 37.7%(49/130),respectively.The detection rates of Bovine Coronavirus,Escherichia coli F5 and Coccidia were 13.1%(17/130),6.2%(8/130)and 3.8%(5/130),respectively.The detection rates of Bovine Norovirus and Bovine Kobuvirus were 10.0%(13/130)and 4.6%(6/130),respectively.Simultaneously,Cryptosporidium parvum was also detected in the faeces of 2-day-old diarrhea calves.The results showed that Rotavirus and Cryptosporidium had the highest infection rate in calves,and the prevalence of new pathogens such as Bovine Norovirus and Bovine Kobuvirus still needed further investigation.
