摘要
通过室内埋片试验法研究了热镀锌钢在中国北方典型土壤环境中的腐蚀行为。结果表明,中国北方土壤呈弱碱性,其含水量是影响热镀锌钢腐蚀行为的最主要因素,电导率为次要影响因素,它们与热镀锌钢的腐蚀程度均呈正相关。随着腐蚀的进行,热镀锌钢在土壤中的主要腐蚀产物由初始的锌化合物逐渐转变为铁化合物。
The corrosion behavior of hot-dip zinc-coated steel in typical soil environment of the north of China was studied by burying test in laboratory.The results showed that the soil in the north of China was weakly alkaline.The water content of soil is the most important factor affecting the corrosion behavior of hot-dip zinc-coated steel,while the electrical conductivity is the second most important factor.Both factors have a positive correlation with the corrosion degree of hot-dip zinc-coated steel in soil.When the corrosion proceeds,the corrosion products of hot-dip zinc-coated steel in soil gradually transfer from zinc compounds to iron compounds.
