大口径输冷管道预冷模拟

摘要 为了研究大口径输冷管道预冷过程的换热现象,通过数值模拟软件建立π形弯管的大口径输冷管道进行数值模拟,研究了低温气体预冷常温状态下管道的传热及流动特性。结果表明:壁面温度随流体流动方向升高、在弯管处壁温下降;流体温度按照弯管弯曲中心向弯管外侧分层,温度低的流体主要集中在管道管外侧;管内主要发生混合对流换热。 In order to study the heat transfer phenomenon in the pre-cooling process of the large-diameter cooling pipeline,a large-diameter cooling pipeline with aπ-shaped elbow was established by numerical simulation software for numerical simulation,and the heat transfer and flow characteristics of the pipeline under the condition of low-temperature gas pre-cooling at room temperature were studied.The result shows that the wall temperature increases with the direction of fluid flow,and the wall temperature decreases at the elbow.The fluid temperature is stratified to the outside of the elbow according to the bending center of the elbow,and the fluid with low temperature is mainly concentrated on the outside of the pipe.The mixed convection heat exchange mainly occurs in the tube.
