摘要
文中通过分析电磁超声、脉冲涡流在壁厚检测中的优缺点,以及数字射线、超声相控阵在焊缝检测中的优缺点,研究一种在线不停输检测技术和方法,可用于解决化工装置长周期运行与工业管道定期检验突出矛盾的关键问题。该方法应用到某化工装置的定期检验中,有助于提升石化装置工业管道的安全水平和工业管道检测质量。
By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of electromagnetic ultrasound and pulse eddy current in wall thickness detection,as well as the advantages and disadvantages of digital ray and ultrasonic phased array in weld detection,an on-line non-stop detection technology and method were researched to solve the key problem of the prominent contradiction between the long-term operation of chemical plant and the periodic inspection of industrial pipeline.The application of this method to the periodic inspection of a chemical plant contributes to improve the safety level of industrial pipeline of petrochemical plant and promote inspection quality of industrial pipeline.
