摘要
文中针对1/4规格卡套接头进行了弯曲疲劳性能试验。试验结果表明:在重复装配中均产生脱落物,其中一组卡套管发生断裂。通过建立卡套管仿真模型,改变应变计取值位置进行仿真分析,并进行对比试验验证。综合仿真结果和试验结果表明:弯曲疲劳性能试验的结果受应变计取值位置影响。在试验中应综合考虑试验条件,将应变计在合理位置取值。
The flexure fatigue properties of 1/4 specification tube fittings were tested.Test results show that falling off objects were produced in repeated assembly,and one group of ferrules was broken.By establishing the tubing simulation model,changing the value position of the strain gauge was simulated and analyzed.Comparative tests were carried out to verify.Comprehensive simulation results and test results show that the results of bending fatigue performance test are affected by the value position of strain gauge.In the test,the test conditions shall be comprehensively considered and the strain gauge shall be taken at a reasonable position.
