摘要
目的:比较不同干燥方法对苦地丁药材品质的影响,优选出苦地丁的干燥工艺。方法:采集河北安国的地丁草鲜品,分别采用传统和现代工艺干燥方法处理,采用高效液相色谱-三重四极杆飞行时间质谱法对不同干燥方法处理的苦地丁药材70%乙醇提取物化学成分及相对含量进行综合分析,优选出适宜的干燥方法。结果:对不同干燥方法的苦地丁药材定性分析,共鉴定出37个差异化学成分,以37个差异化学成分为指标进行主成分分析,结合药材外观形状、干燥时间及能耗综合分析,结果显示鼓风50℃、晒干法均为适宜的干燥方法。结论:不同的干燥方法对苦地丁品质影响较大,通过多元指标分析可以为苦地丁的适宜干燥方法的筛选提供参考。
Objective:To compare the effects of different drying methods on the quality of Corydalis Bungeanae Herba and select the optimal drying process.Methods:Fresh Corydalis bungeana Turcz.was collected from Anguo,Hebei and dried with conventional and modern methods,separately.HPLC-Triple-TOF-MS/MS was used to comprehensively analyze the chemical constituents of the 70%ethanol extract of Corydalis Bungeanae Herba and the relative content and thereby the optimal drying methods were determined.Results:Qualitative analysis identified 37 differential chemical constituents.Based on the principal component analysis of the 37 constituents,and the appearance,drying time,and energy consumption of the medicinal materials,blasting at 50℃and drying in the sun were considered as the optimal drying methods.Conclusion:The quality of Corydalis Bungeanae Herba processed with different drying methods varied greatly.The multi-index analysis can provide scientific basis for screening of suitable drying methods for Corydalis Bungeanae Herba.
