富血小板纤维蛋白在拔牙位点保存中的临床应用效果 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究富血小板纤维蛋白(PRF)用于拔牙位点保存中的应用效果。方法88例行拔除后牙区牙齿修复患者,依据治疗方案的差异分为参照组及研究组,每组44例。参照组以海奥胶原膜进行拔牙位点保存,研究组以PRF进行拔牙位点保存。比较两组患者的创面愈合时间及治疗前后的牙槽骨高度与宽度。结果治疗后,研究组的创面愈合时间为(10.71±3.24)d,短于参照组的(18.16±3.11)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者的牙槽骨高度(15.03±0.42)mm、牙槽骨宽度(6.63±0.52)mm均明显大于参照组的(11.37±0.50)、(4.77±0.55)mm,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在拔牙位点保存治疗中采用PRF可让患者的创面更快愈合,对其牙槽嵴吸收进行有效抑制,为患者的种植牙治疗奠定良好基础,具有较好的临床推广价值。 Objective To study the application effect of platelet rich fibrin(PRF)in tooth extraction site preservation.Methods A total of 88 patients undergoing dental restoration in the post-extraction area after extraction were divided into the reference group and the research group according to the difference in treatment plan,with 44 cases in each group.The reference group received Haiao collagen membrane for tooth extraction site preservation,and the research group received PRF for tooth extraction site preservation.The wound healing time,the height and width of the alveolar bone before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the wound healing time of the research group was(10.71±3.24)d,which was shorter than(18.16±3.11)d of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the alveolar bone height(15.03±0.42)mm and alveolar bone width(6.63±0.52)mm of the research group were significantly larger than(11.37±0.50)and(4.77±0.55)mm of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PRF in tooth extraction site preservation can make the wound healing faster and inhibit the absorption of alveolar ridge,which lays a good foundation for the treatment of dental implant,and has good clinical promotion value.
