分析孟鲁司特钠治疗老年支气管哮喘患者的疗效

Efficacy of montelukast sodium on elderly patients with bronchial asthma

目的分析孟鲁司特钠治疗老年支气管哮喘患者的疗效。方法60例老年支气管哮喘患者,使用随机分组的方式分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组患者接受常规治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上接受孟鲁司特钠治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果、不良反应发生情况和肺功能指标[第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)、最高呼气流速(PEF)]。结果观察组治疗总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的73.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率10.00%低于对照组的33.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的FEV1为(2.88±0.39)L、FVC为(2.98±0.41)L、PEF为(5.61±0.40)L/s,对照组患者的FEV1为(2.09±0.34)L、FVC为(2.33±0.36)L、PEF为(4.47±0.27)L/s。观察组患者的FEV1、FVC、PEF均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对老年支气管哮喘患者治疗中使用孟鲁司特钠,治疗有效率更高,不良反应发生率更低,身体功能恢复更快,所以非常值得临床推广并使用。

Objective To analyze the efficacy of montelukast sodium on elderly patients with bronchial asthma.Methods A total of 60 elderly patients with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received conventional treatment,and patients in the observation group received montelukast sodium treatment on the basis of the control group.Both groups were compared in terms of therapeutic effect,occurrence of adverse reactions and pulmonary function indexes[forced expiratory volume in the 1st second(FEV1),forced expiratory volume(FVC),peak expiratory flow rate(PEF)].Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than 73.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions 10.00%in the observation group was lower than 33.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).FEV1,FVC and PEF of the observation group were(2.88±0.39)L,(2.98±0.41)L,(5.61±0.40)L/s,which were(2.09±0.34)L,(2.33±0.36)L and(4.47±0.27)L/s of the control group.FEV1,FVC and PEF of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Montelukast sodium has a higher treatment efficiency,lower incidence of adverse reactions,and faster recovery of body functions in the treatment of elderly patients with bronchial asthma.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
