康莱特注射液联合开腹肝切除术治疗肝癌的临床价值

Clinical value of Kanglaite injection combined with open hepatectomy in the treatment of liver cancer

目的观察康莱特注射液联合开腹肝切除术治疗肝癌的效果。方法60例肝癌患者,根据患者意愿不同分为对照组与观察组,每组30例。对照组采用开腹肝切除术治疗,观察组采取康莱特注射液联合开腹肝切除术治疗。比较两组术中出血量、手术时间、术后恢复情况、血清学指标。结果观察组术中出血量(120.11±20.36)ml明显少于对照组的(200.11±18.13)ml,手术时间(116.54±10.25)min明显短于对照组的(120.28±12.36)min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组疼痛程度评分低于对照组,进食时间、腹腔引流管留置天数及住院天数均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、降钙素原(PCT)水平明显低于对照组,白蛋白(ALB)水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康莱特注射液联合开腹肝切除术治疗肝癌疾病效果突出,值得应用。

Objective To observe the effect of Kanglaite injection combined with open hepatectomy in the treatment of liver cancer.Methods A total of 60 patients with liver cancer were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the different wishes of the patients,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with open hepatectomy,and the observation group was treated with Kanglaite injection and open hepatectomy.Both groups were compared in terms of intraoperative blood loss,operation time,postoperative recovery,and serological indicators.Results The intraoperative blood loss(120.11±20.36)ml of the observation group was significantly less than(200.11±18.13)ml of the control group,and the operation time(116.54±10.25)min was significantly shorter than(120.28±12.36)min of the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain degree score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the eating time,indwelling time of drainage tube and hospitalization time were significantly shorter than those of the control group.All the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST)and procalcitonin(PCT)of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the albumin(ALB)level was significantly higher than that of the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Kanglaite injection in combination with open hepatectomy has outstanding effect on the treatment of liver cancer,and it is worthy of application.
