烯丙雌醇联合利托君治疗习惯性流产的效果研究

Study on effect of allylestrenol combined with ritodrine in the treatment of habitual abortion

目的研究习惯性流产采取烯丙雌醇联合利托君治疗的效果。方法60例习惯性流产患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组30例。两组患者均给予烯丙雌醇片治疗,对照组采用硫酸镁注射液治疗,试验组采用盐酸利托君注射液治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、孕酮、人绒毛膜促性腺激素、临床症状积分。结果试验组患者临床总有率93.33%高于对照组的66.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者人绒毛膜促性腺激素(7385.33±53.12)U/L、孕酮(193.66±8.31)mmol/L、临床症状积分(1.50±0.21)分均优于对照组的(5297.27±57.28)U/L、(153.51±7.39)mmol/L、(2.80±0.18)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取烯丙雌醇联合利托君对习惯性流产患者的治疗效果显著,能改善患者的临床症状,提高人绒毛膜促性腺激素、孕酮水平,值得推广。

Objective To study the effect of allylestrenol combined with ritodrine in the treatment of habitual abortion.Methods A total of 60 patients with habitual abortion were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with allylestrenol tablets,the control group was also treated with magnesium sulfate injection,and the experimental group was treated with ritodrine hydrochloride injection.The clinical efficacy,progesterone,human chorionic gonadotropin,and clinical symptom scores were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical rate 93.33%of patients in the experimental group was higher than 66.67%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The human chorionic gonadotropin(7385.33±53.12)U/L,progesterone(193.66±8.31)mmol/L,and clinical symptom score(1.50±0.21)of the experimental group were better than(5297.27±57.28)U/L,(153.51±7.39)mmol/L,and(2.80±0.18)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of allylestradiol and ritodrine has significant effect on patients with habitual abortion,and it can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and increase the levels of human chorionic gonadotropin and progesterone,which is worthy of promotion.
