观察加味半夏白术天麻汤联合温胆汤治疗高血压合并高脂血症的临床疗效

Observation on the clinical efficacy of modified Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction combined with Wendan Decoction in the treatment of hypertension with hyperlipidemia

目的探讨高血压合并高脂血症患者采用加味半夏白术天麻汤联合温胆汤治疗的效果。方法74例高血压合并高脂血症患者,用随机单盲法分为对照组和观察组,各37例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用加味半夏白术天麻汤联合温胆汤治疗。比较两组不良反应发生情况,治疗前后血压、血脂及血液流变学指标。结果两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组舒张压、收缩压、总胆固醇、甘油三酯均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组血浆粘度、红细胞压积分别为(0.5±0.2)mPa·s、(40.1±3.9)%,均低于对照组的(0.9±0.4)mPa·s、(44.3±4.2)%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加味半夏白术天麻汤联合温胆汤是治疗高血压合并高脂血症的有效方案,改善患者的血压、血脂、血液流变状况,而且治疗安全度较高,具备治疗优势,推广价值高。

Objective To discuss the effect of modified Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction combined with Wendan Decoction in the treatment of hypertension with hyperlipidemia.Methods A total of 74 patients with hypertension and hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 37 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Jiawei Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction and Wendan Decoction on the basis of the control group.Both groups were compared in terms of occurrence of adverse reactions,and blood pressure,blood lipids,and hemorheology indexes before and after treatment.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,total cholesterol,and triglycerides of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the plasma viscosity and hematocrit of the observation group were(0.5±0.2)mPa·s and(40.1±3.9)%,respectively,which were lower than(0.9±0.4)mPa·s and(44.3±4.2)%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction in combination with Wendan Decoction is an effective solution for the treatment of hypertension with hyperlipidemia,and it can improve patients’blood pressure,blood lipids,and hemorheological conditions,and the treatment is safe,with therapeutic advantages and high promotion value.
