摘要
目的:通过体质分析比较,了解太极柔力球运动对40~50岁中年人群体质健康的影响。对象及方法:抽取40~50岁年龄的100名太极柔力球爱好者和100名普通人,按国民体质测定方法进行身高、体重、肺活量、握力、坐位体前屈、闭眼单脚站立、选择反应时、台阶指数的测试,并进行数据统计和对比分析。结果与分析:太极柔力球爱好者肺活量、握力、闭眼单脚站、选择反应时明显好于同年龄组普通人,表明太极柔力球练习对于提高和维持中年人身体机能和身体素质水平有良好效益。结论:进行太极柔力球运动锻炼对于提高身体机能的心肺机能及身体素质的力量素质、平衡能力和反应能力具有明显的效果。
PURPOSE OF THE STUDY:Through physical analysis,it is understood that the influence of taiji soft ball movement on the physical health of the aged between 40 and 50 years old.Research object and Method:Extraction of 40 to 50 years old of taiji soft ball lovers(100)and ordinary people(100),according to the national physique determination method for height,body weight,vital capacity,grip strength,ZuoWeiTi proneness,close your eyes standing on one foot,choose reaction time,the step index measurement,and analysis the deta statistics and comparison.Research Result and analysis:The vital capacity,grip strength,close your eyes standing on one foot and choose reaction time of the taiji soft ball lovers is much better than that with the age group of ordinary people,it suggests that taiji soft ball exercises to improve and sustain the middle-aged body function and physical quality level with good benefits.
