SWOT Analysis of Extracurricular Football Training under the New Campus Football Background

采用文献资料法、德尔菲法、AHP-SWOT分析法等研究方法,针对目前校园足球课余训练的指标体系进行研究,研究得出我国校园足球课余训练的优势大于劣势,机会大于威胁,主要表现在:(1)紧握国家对校园足球的支持力度日益增大的机会,扭转校园足球课余训练场地器材缺乏、校园人才输出保障体系缺失、校园足球教练员队伍的建设不足等劣势;(2)加快完善校园足球竞赛体制、创新多元化运转的校园足球人才培养体系、合理补贴校园足球人才培养费用;(3)立足于青少年足球后备人才培养模式战略选择,依靠校园足球学训结合的特点,激发学生训练热情和积极性,并逐渐完善和构建科学的校园足球课余训练模式。

By using the methods of literature,Delphi and AHP-SWOT analysis,combined with the current situation of campus football in China,this paper studies the index system of campus football after-school training,and concludes that the advantages of campus football after-school training in China are greater than the disadvantages,and the opportunities are greater than the threats,which are mainly reflected in:(1)grasping the increasing opportunities of national support for campus football,and turning around The disadvantages of campus football after-school training field lack of equipment,the lack of campus talent output guarantee system,the lack of construction of campus football coach team,etc.;(2)accelerate the improvement of campus football competition system,innovate the diversified operation of campus football talent training system,and reasonably subsidize the school football talent training cost;(3)based on the youth football reserve talent training mode strategic choice Based on the characteristics of the combination of learning and training of campus football,the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of students'training are stimulated,and a scientific after-school training mode of campus football is gradually improved and constructed.
