基于DEA-Tobit模型的体育上市公司经营绩效评价及影响因素研究

Research on Business Performance Evaluation and Influencing Factors of Sports Listed Companies based on DEA-Tobit Model

为提升我国体育上市公司经营绩效水平,促进我国体育产业高质量发展。运用DEA-Tobit模型对我国21家体育上市公司2018—2019年的经营绩效及影响因素进行量化研究。研究表明:从静态绩效来看,我国整体体育行业技术效率偏低,多数体育上市公司处于非有效状态,亟需提高。从动态效率来看,体育上市公司全要素生产率偏低的主要原因在于技术进步变化较低。通过影响因素分析发现,人力、物力、财力以及技术对经营绩效呈现负相关性,公司收益情况和对股东贡献的正相关性很好的说明我国目前体育行业仍处在上升期。鉴于以上结果提出优化建议,体育上市公司应大力发展企业的科研和研发水平,着力于提高公司制度和管理水平,合理配置人力资源和物质资源等。

In order to improve the level of operating performance of China’s sports listed companies and promote the high-quality development of China’s sports industry.The DEA-Tobit model is used to conduct a quantitative study on the operating performance and its influencing factors of 21 sports listed companies in China from 2018 to 2019.Research shows:from the perspective of static performance,the technical efficiency of China’s overall sports industry is low,and most sports listed companies are in a non-effective state and need to be improves.From the perspective of dynamic performance,the main reason for the low total factor productivity of sports listed companies lies in the low change of technological progress.Further influencing factors found that human resources,material resources,financial resources and technology all showed a negative correlation with business performance.The positive correlation of the company’s earnings and its contribution to shareholders can well demonstrate that the development of China’s sports industry is still in an upward period.In view of the above results,optimization suggestions are put forward,sports listed companies should vigorously develop scientific research and R&D,focus on improving the company’s system and management level,and rationally allocate human resources and material resources.
