基于VR/AR技术的白内障超声乳化手术全流程护理培训系统的临床应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨基于虚拟现实(VR)和增强现实(AR)技术的白内障超声乳化手术全流程护理培训系统的临床应用价值。方法选取2018年7月至2020年8月首次来本院手术室轮转的护士40名为对象,随机分为两组,每组20名,对照组采用常规老师带教,VR/AR组在常规老师带教的基础上采用基于VR/AR技术的白内障超声乳化手术全流程护理培训系统进行白内障超声乳化手术的培训,每周2次,连续培训4周。比较两组现场操作评分考核成绩、手术医师对学员手术配合满意度及学员对培训过程满意度。结果两组学员培训前的操作评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),培训后两组操作评分均较培训前显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。VR/AR组培训后操作评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。手术医师对VR/AR组学员手术配合的满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。VR/AR组学员对培训过程的满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于VR/AR技术的白内障超声乳化手术全流程护理培训系统能显著提高专科护士手术配合技巧,具有良好的临床应用前景。 Objective To explore the clinical application value of cataract phacoemulsification full-process nursing training system based on virtual reality(VR)and augmented reality(AR)technology.Methods From July 2018 to August 2020,40 nurses who came to the operating room of our hospital for rotation for the first time were selected as subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was taught by a regular teacher.The VR/AR group adopted the VR/AR technology-based cataract phacoemulsification full-process nursing training system based on the regular teachers to conduct cataract phacoemulsification training.They were trained twice a week for four consecutive weeks.The two groups′on-site operation scoring and assessment results,the surgeon′s satisfaction with the trainee′s operation cooperation,and the trainee′s satisfaction with the training process were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the operating scores of the two groups of trainees before the training(P>0.05).After the training,the operating scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those before the training,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation scores of the VR/AR group after training were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The surgeon′s satisfaction with the operation cooperation of the VR/AR group students was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The participants′satisfaction in the VR/AR group with the training process was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The whole-process nursing training system of phacoemulsification surgery based on VR/AR technology can significantly improve the surgical cooperation skills of specialist nurses,and has a good clinical application prospect.
