基于跨理论模型(TTM)的中医“治未病”健康干预设计方案

Health intervention design plan for"preventive treatment of disease"with TCM based on trans-theoretical model(TTM)

随着生活水平的提高,越来越多人关注中医养生,但在中医“治未病”健康指导过程中,常常出现个体依从性差或自我保健习惯难以维持的现状。研究一种基于跨理论模型的健康干预方案设计并通过系统实现,探索其在中医健康教育与干预中的临床应用效果。以促进行为改变的跨理论模型为基础,根据不同阶段下个体的行为特征及自我效能的评估,把中医治未病干预过程分为四个阶段,“治未病”健康意识启蒙阶段、健康意识培养阶段、健康习惯育成阶段及健康习惯维持阶段,并针对性地提出对应的“治未病”干预目标及干预手段方案。同时发展中医“治未病健康干预系统”,实现干预方案的自动推理及干预过程的跟踪管理。在实际应用探索中,初步证明了该系统在中医“治未病”健康干预中的有效性。基于跨理论模型的中医“治未病”健康干预方案设计及其系统实现,为中医“未病先防”养生指导提供了必要的技术支撑,对推动中医“治未病”工作开展具有参考价值。

With the improvement of living standards,an increasing number of people eyes on TCM health preservation.However,in the process of"preventive treatment of diseases"health guidance in TCM,there are often situations in which individuals exhibit poor compliance or difficulties to maintain self-care habits.It is thus important to study the design of a health intervention program based on the trans-theoretical model and implement it through a system,so as to explore its clinical application effects in health education and intervention in TCM.Based on the trans-theoretical model of promoting behavior change,according to the individual's behavioral characteristics and self-efficacy assessment at different stages,the intervention process of TCM preventive treatment of disease is divided into four stages:"preventive treatment of disease"health awareness enlightenment stage,health awareness cultivation stage,healthy habit cultivation stage and healthy habit maintenance stage.The corresponding"preventive treatment of disease"intervention goals and intervention methods are proposed with a clear target.At the same time,the TCM"preventive health intervention system"is developed to realize the automatic reasoning of the intervention plan and the tracking management of the intervention process.In the exploration of practical applications,the effectiveness of the system in the"preventive treatment of disease"health intervention of TCM has been preliminarily proved.Based on the trans-theoretical model,the TCM"preventive treatment of disease"health intervention program design and its systemic implementation provide necessary technical support for TCM health guidance of"prevention before illness",which has a reference value for promoting the TCM"preventive treatment of disease".
