重视和满足人的交往需要是马克思主义人的全面发展理论的重要旨趣,通过广泛的社会交往获得身心成长和社会资本是青年成人成才的必修课程。作为网络热词的"社恐青年"呈现出与青年"社交恐惧症"高度关联但又有差别的运用场合和语意特征。从技术、教育和社会三个维度分析,网络时代交往形态变化导致青年现实交往动力不足,社会交往教育引导不力导致青年交往能力缺失,社会交往不良文化氛围导致青年交往压力增大是"社恐青年"形成的主要原因。为此,要引导青年辨明并平衡虚拟与现实生活的关系,实现家庭、学校与自我教育有机统一,为青年营造良好的社会交往环境,提升青年沟通能力与社会交往能力,不断促进青年的全面发展。

Attaching importance to and meet people’s communication needs is an important purpose of Marxist theory of human comprehensive development.Obtaining physical and mental growth and social capital through extensive social communication is a compulsory course for the youth become adults.As a hot word on the Internet,"social phobia youth"presents different occasions and semantic features that are highly related to youth"social phobia".Analyzed from three dimensions of technology,education,and society,changes in the form of communication in the Internet age have led to insufficient motivation for young people’s real interactions,poor social communication education leads to lack of communication skills among young people,and poor cultural atmosphere in social communication leads to increased pressure on youth communication,those three aspects are the main causes of"social phobia youth".It is necessary to guide young people to identify and balance the relationship between virtual and real life,to realize the organic unity of family,school and self-education,to create a good social communication environment for young people,to enhance the communication ability and social communication ability of youth and people,and to continuously promote the comprehensive development of young people.
