嗜碱性粒细胞免疫应答机制及在SLE和RA发生发展中的调控作用机制研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 嗜碱性粒细胞可能在人体适应性免疫应答中发挥重要作用。嗜碱性粒细胞在活化后才能发挥其生物学功能。通过IgE的介导与外源抗原形成免疫复合物,B细胞分化早期所产生免疫球蛋白IgD,细胞因子(如IL-3、IL-18及IL-33等),模式识别受体TLR等多个途径均可介导嗜碱性粒细胞的活化。活化的嗜碱性粒细胞可能通过促进Th2型应答、增强体液免疫应答等途径,参与适应性免疫应答及免疫调节。嗜碱性粒细胞的活化可作为过敏反应的主要效应细胞,通过降低自身免疫细胞表面FcεRI受体活性,抑制体内IgE水平,抑制B细胞的分化,参与SLE的发生发展。嗜碱性粒细胞活化后可通过细胞表面IgE受体FcεRI,与抗原特异交联,促进Th2型细胞因子的表达水平,进一步促进Th2细胞分化,导致Th1/Th2细胞失衡,参与RA的发病过程。
