单体同步器试验台p/v试验方法的研究

摘要 目前在国内同步器的试验项目主要有换挡性能试验、摩擦性能试验、加速磨损试验及换挡寿命试验,p/v试验方法是上述几种试验的一种综合性试验方法。介绍了p/v试验条件的确定方法及功用,利用该试验方法对代号为1701170(碳布)、1701170M(喷钼)以及2CS140(烧结铜)同步器进行了p/v试验。试验结果表明:烧结铜、喷钼摩擦材料的抗转速差和能量负荷能力大于碳布,三者之间喷钼摩擦材料具有最高的耐磨性,该试验方法对研究同步器的同步容量、不同种摩擦材料间的对比、抗转速差的能力及抗换挡力的能力以及对同步器的快速筛选具有一定的参考作用。 Synchronizer test projects are mainly in domestic shift performance test,friction performance test,life test and accelerated wear test and shifting,p/v test method is a comprehensive test of the above several experiment methods.The determination method and function of p/v test conditions were introduced.p/v tests were carried out on synchronizers code 1701170(carbon cloth),1701170M(molybdenum spraying)and 2CS140(sintered copper)by using this test method.The test results show that the resistance to speed difference and energy load of sintered copper and spraying molybdenum friction materials are greater than that of carbon cloth,and the spraying molybdenum friction materials have the highest wear resistance,the test method has a certain reference for studying the synchronization capacity of synchronizer,the comparison between different friction materials,the ability to resist speed difference and shift force,and the rapid screening of synchronizer.
