某前门玻璃升降迟缓问题的分析与改进

摘要 针对某车型在开发过程中前门玻璃出现的升降迟缓问题,进行电路检查分析发现电机电流过大,升降时间过长;对玻璃升降系统受力分析、识别相关零部件再进行滑动摩擦力测试,其结果显示滑动摩擦力过大。为降低滑动摩擦力,建立有限元分析模型进行滑动摩擦力分析,改进导槽零件断面,并对改进后的零件进行装车验证。结果表明:试验结果和CAE的模型一致性相吻合,验证了方案的有效性,解决了玻璃升降迟缓的问题。 In view of the slow lifting problem of the front door glass during the development of a certain model,the circuit inspection and analysis found that the motor current was too large and the lifting time was too long.The force analysis of the glass lifting system,the identification of related parts and the sliding friction test,the results showed that the sliding friction was too large.In order to reduce the sliding friction,a finite element analysis model was established to analyze the sliding friction,and the section of the glass run was improved,and the improved parts were verified.The results show that the test results are consistent with the CAE model,which verifies the effectiveness of the scheme and solves the problem of slow glass lifting.
