减振器总成三轴耐久试验装置的设计

摘要 减振器总成的性能直接影响汽车的舒适性和安全性,台架试验是验证减振器总成疲劳耐久性能的重要手段。在分析减振器总成作用和受力状态的基础上,对现有减振器总成的试验标准和行业中的试验方法进行研究,设计出一套对减振器总成进行3个方向同时加载的试验装置。该装置能够复现减振器实车受力状态,从而更贴合实际地验证减振器总成的耐久性能。 The performance of the shock absorber assembly directly affects the comfort and safety of the automobile.The bench test is an important means to verify the fatigue endurance performance of the shock absorber assembly.Based on the analysis of the function and load of the shock absorber assembly,the existing test standards and test methods in the industry were studied,and a set of test equipment was designed to load the shock absorber assembly in three directions at the same time.The device can reproduce the force state of the shock absorber,so as to verify the durability of the shock absorber assembly more in accordance with the reality.
