汽车正碰偏移量问题探究

Research on the Offset of Vehicle Frontal Impact

为探究汽车碰撞试验中发生的偏移问题,以正面碰撞为例,探究了测量偏移量的方法,分析了引起偏移的几种原因,并提出了减小偏移量的改进措施。经过分析对比得出,通过试验前正确地找到车辆的中点、牵引链条要对称且尺寸合适、对车辆做四轮定位以及车辆脱钩装置尽量靠近壁障等措施可改善偏移量。

In order to explore the offset problem in the car crash test,taking the frontal collision as an example,the method of measuring the offset was explored,several causes were analyzed,and the improvement measures to reduce the offset were proposed.After analysis and comparison,it is concluded that the offset can be improved by correctly finding the midpoint of the vehicle before the test,the symmetrical and appropriate size of the traction chain,the four-wheel positioning of the vehicle,and the vehicle decoupling device as close to the barrier as possible.
