摘要 最小离地间隙不仅与整车造型的美观及协调性有关,而且与整车性能也有直接的联系。介绍了汽车开发过程中最小离地间隙的设定方法及设计流程,结合最小离地间隙设计开发中相关的要素,探讨了对标分析、制造公差、姿态衰减、风阻性能以及造型需求等方面对最小离地间隙的影响,从而制定出合理的最小离地间隙目标值。 The minimum ground clearance is not only related to style and harmony of vehicle,but also directly related to vehicle performance.The setting method and design process of minimum ground clearance in the process of automobile development were introduced.Combined with the relevant elements in the design and development of minimum ground clearance,the effects of benchmarking analysis,manufacturing tolerance,attitude attenuation,wind resistance performance and modeling requirements on the minimum ground clearance were discussed,so as to formulate a reasonable target value of minimum ground clearance.
