摘要 探究分析湿度对苯系物和醛酮类物质的影响差异,不同湿度对VOC散发结果的影响以及湿度对车内饰材料的VOC散发影响大小。结果表明:湿度对VOC的散发有影响,苯系物影响较小,醛酮影响较大;随着湿度的增加,醛酮类物质影响不断增大,当湿度到达一定含量时,湿度对醛酮的影响基本差不多;湿度对样品VOC影响程度各不相同,发泡材质影响最大,其次为地毯毛毡类材质,皮革影响与毛毡地毯接近,PP塑料材质影响最小。 The influence difference of humidity on benzene series and aldehyde ketones,the influence of different humidity on VOC emission results,and the influence of humidity on VOC emission of vehicle interior materials were explored and analyzed.The results show that humidity has an effect on the emission of VOC,benzene series has little effect,and aldehydes and ketones have a great effect.With the increase of humidity,the influence of aldehydes and ketones increases.When the humidity reaches a certain content,the influence of humidity on aldehydes and ketones is basically the same.The influence degree of humidity on VOC of samples is different,foam material has the greatest influence,followed by carpet and felt material,leather has the same influence as felt carpet,and PP plastic has the least influence.
