摘要
在各大主机厂中,包合工艺完全依靠工程师经验就行排布,后期现场根据实际情况进行更改,导致成本周期大大地增加。为此,采用AutoForm仿真软件进行包边模拟分析,通过数据的文件准备、数模导入以及坐标设置详细介绍了前期数据准备工作,通过包合模块的设置、工序内容的设置、下型面及内板等详细介绍了设置过程。该模拟分析技术可在模具、夹具制造前期确定最终工艺参数,从而减小后期整改成本周期。
In major main engine factory,the laminating process can be arranged completely depending on the engineer's experience,and the site changes according to the actual situation in the later period,resulting in a significant increase in the cost cycle.AutoForm simulation software was used for edge-wrapping simulation analysis.The preliminary data preparation was introduced in detail through data file preparation,digital analog import and coordinate setting.The setting process was introduced in detail through the setting of wrapping module,process content,lower profile and inner plate.The simulation analysis technology can determine the final process parameters in the early stage of mold and fixture manufacturing,so as to reduce the later rectification cost cycle.
