摘要
针对现有的汽车后视镜疲劳测试装置的驱动夹具设计存在的设计制造周期长、成本高和稳定性差的问题,提出了一种测试台的夹具优化设计。该设计实现了测试装置和检测件的挠性连接,更加接近了手驱动后视镜的真实场景;该设计具有制造质量高、成本低和加工制造效率高等优点。
For the problem of long production period,high cost and poor stability of present driving fixture for the automobile rearview mirror fatigue test device,an optimization design of this test bench fixture was presented.This optimization design realizes the flexible connection between the test device and the test object,and more closer to the real scene of the hand-driven rearview mirror.The advantage of this design is high quality,low cost and high production efficiency.
