氢燃料电池离心压缩机性能测试系统的设计

摘要 对氢燃料电池离心压缩机进行了介绍。鉴于设计工况与实际使用过程中的不同,设计了一套压缩机性能测试系统,并对其进行了性能测试。结果表明:该测试系统的氢燃料电池离心压缩机最大转速为150000 r/min;在最大转速150000 r/min时,压缩机最大功率约11.8 kW,小于额定功率;在设计流量110 g/s时,压缩机压比为2.1,测试结果与设计参数一致;该系统具有较广的测试范围和良好的测试精度,可以对多种离心压缩机进行性能的检测。 The hydrogen fuel cell centrifugal air compressor was introduced.In view of the difference between the design condition and the actual use process,a performance testing system of the air compressor was designed,and the performance parameters of a air compressor was tested by the testing system.The results show that the maximum speed of the hydrogen fuel cell centrifugal compressor of the test system is 150000 r/min.When the maximum speed is 150000 r/min,the maximum power of the compressor is about 11.8 kW,which is less than the rated power.When the design flow is 110 g/s,the pressure ratio of the compressor is 2.1,and the testing result is consistent with the design parameters.The system has a wide test range and good test accuracy,and can test the performance of a variety of centrifugal compressors.
