摘要
镁合金由于性能优异,显示出巨大的应用潜力,但其耐腐蚀性较差,限制了它的应用。在镁合金的表面制备超疏水涂层,可以增强其抗腐蚀性能。本文主要介绍了几种在镁合金表面制备超疏水涂层的方法,探讨了各种制备方法的特点,综述了近几年镁合金超疏水涂层的研究成果,并展望了镁合金超疏水涂层的未来发展方向。
Magnesium alloy shows great application potential due to its excellent properties,but its poor corrosion resistance limits its application.Superhydrophobic coating on the surface of magnesium alloy can improve its corrosion resistance.In this paper we mainly introduce various methods of preparing superhydrophobic coatings on magnesium alloy surface,and discuss the characteristics of various preparation methods.The research progress of superhydrophobic surface of magnesium alloy in recent years is reviewed,and the futural development direction of superhydrophobic coating of magnesium alloy is prospected.
