大庆与黑龙江自贸试验区协同发展机制研究

Research on the Coordinated Development Mechanism of Daqing and Heilongjiang Free Trade Zone

推动大庆与黑龙江自贸试验区协同发展既是大庆转型升级实现可持续发展的现实需要,也是贯彻新发展理念,促进黑龙江省区域经济协调发展的必然选择。在对现有文献进行回顾的基础上,深入分析了大庆与黑龙江自贸试验区协同发展的基础与障碍,认为要促进两地实现优势互补和错位协同发展,需要加强组织协调、产业联动、利益共享、信息传导和环境保障等体制机制建设。

Promoting the coordinated development of Daqing and Heilongjiang Free Trade Zone was not only a practical need for Daqing's transformation and upgrading to achieve sustainable development,but also an inevitable choice for implementing the new development concept and promoting the coordinated development of the regional economy of Heilongjiang Province.Based on reviewing existing research,the basis and obstacle of the coordinated development of Daqing and Heilongjiang Free Trade Zone was analyzed.In order to promote the complementary and misaligned development of the two places,it was necessary to strengthen the system and mechanism of organizational coordination,industrial linkage,interest sharing,information transmission and environmental protection.
