新时代高职生网络行为网格化管理实践与思考

Research on the Grid Management of Network Civilization of Higher Vocational College Students Under the New Era

虚拟平台娱乐休闲、全陌生环境交流沟通、公共事件热评热议是新形势下高职生参与互联网实践的主要形态。互联网在改变他们学习和生活方式的同时,也带来了线上娱乐耗费时间、现实社会交流不够、心理认知易被同化、网络安全意识较低等问题。针对此现状,在高职教育领域引入网格化管理理念,设置四级网络行为网格和四级网格管理员,通过网格管理员的监督、引导、管理,在高职第一课堂、第二课堂和第三课堂有效推行网络行为网格化管理,提升高职生网络行为意识、网络实践能力和网络健康心理。

Virtual entertainment and leisure,completely unfamiliar environment communication,hot discussion and evaluation of public events are the main forms of the internet practice for higher vocational college students under the new situation.While the internet changes their ways of study and life,it also brings about problems such as time consuming on online entertainment,insufficient real social communication,easy assimilation of psychological cognition and low awareness of network security.In view of this situation,the concept of grid management is introduced to the field of higher vocational education,and four-level network civilization grid and administrators are set up.Through the supervision,guidance and management of administrators,the grid management of network civilization can be effectively carried out in the first class,the second class and the third class of higher vocational colleges so that the awareness of network civilization,network practice ability and network healthy psychology of higher vocational college students can be improved.
