摘要
高职院校是培养职业技能人才的基地,培育学生工匠精神是职业教育的灵魂。工匠精神可以看作是个体积极健康心理品质与精湛专业技术相结合的产物,将心理健康教育融入工匠精神培育中有重要价值。基于学生主体性视角,分别从激发内驱力、提高认知力、完善发展力、促进行动力四个方面探究高职学生工匠精神培育的路径。
Higher vocational colleges are the base for cultivating vocational skilled talents,so cultivating craftsmanship spirit of vocational students is the soul of vocational education.Craftsmanship spirit can be regarded as the product of combining individual positive healthy psychological quality with exquisite professional skills.It is of great value to integrate mental health education into the cultivation of craftsmanship spirit.Based on the perspective of students’subjectivity,this paper explores the cultivation of craftsmanship spirit of higher vocational students from four aspects:stimulating internal drive,improving cognition,completing development and promoting action.
