摘要
干粉盾构同步注浆料主要分为惰性浆液和活性浆液2种,以国内广泛使用的活性浆液为研究对象,探讨了不同生产工艺对注浆料出浆率和固结率的影响;破碎磨细工艺生产的干粉盾构同步注浆料出浆率更高,在流动度相同的前提下,采用该工艺生产的产品固结率也更高。结合施工项目目前浆液的输送方式及存在的问题,探讨了有利于提高施工效率和施工质量的活性浆液水平输送和垂直上升时,正确的输送工艺和输送设备。
The synchronous grouting material for shield-driving can be divided into inert slurry and active slurry.In this paper,the active slurry widely used in China is taken as the research object,and the influence of different production processes on the slurry yield and consolidation rate of grouting material is discussed.The slurry yield of synchronous grouting material produced by crushing and grinding process is higher,and with the same fluidity,the products produced by this production process are better.The consolidation rate is also higher.Combined with the current slurry transportation mode and existing problems of the construction project,this paper discusses the correct transportation technology and equipment when the active slurry is transported horizontally and vertically.
