氧化石墨烯与纳米TiO_(2)掺杂的水泥基材料吸波性能研究

摘要 水泥净浆中添加氧化石墨烯与纳米TiO_(2)两种吸波剂,研究不同掺杂条件下吸波剂对材料吸波性能的影响,并进行了SEM与孔隙率的分析。结果表明,不同掺量的氧化石墨烯和纳米TiO_(2)掺杂对水泥基材料电磁波吸收的效果有很大的差异性,在不同波段吸波效果各有优劣。在水泥基体内添加不同掺量的材料后对其孔隙率的影响较小,复掺吸波剂并不一定能提高材料的吸波性,使材料的吸波性能出现一定的波动;在水泥净浆中掺杂0.06%氧化石墨烯时其吸波性能最优,对雷达波的反射率小于-7 dB的有效带宽为8.1 GHz,最小反射率可达-17.5 dB;掺杂纳米TiO_(2)的水泥基材料对电磁波的最大吸收率可达到97.18%。 Two kinds of absorbing agents,graphene oxide and nano-TiO_(2),were added into cement matrix materials to observe the effects of two kinds of absorbing agents on the microwave absorbing properties of the materials,and SEM and porosity were analyzed.The results show that there is a great difference in the absorption of electromagnetic wave between the cement-based materials doped with different amounts of graphene oxide and nano-TiO_(2).There are advantages and disadvantages in different wave band absorbing effect.Adding different dosage in the cement-based material has little effect on porosity.The influence of doping types of absorbing agent does not necessarily improve the absorbing property material,only make the absorbing property of material performance fluctuates in certain range.Doping 0.06%graphene oxide in the cement paste has the best wave-absorbing performance.The effective bandwidth of radar reflectivity less than-7 dB is 8.1 GHz,and the minimum reflectivity is about-17.5 dB.The maximum absorptivity of cement-based materials doped with nano-TiO_(2) can reach 97.18%.
