聚羧酸保坍剂的制备及缓释性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用异戊烯醇聚氧乙烯醚(TPEG)、丙烯酸(AA)、不饱和酯类单体[丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)、丙烯酸羟丙酯(HPA)、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEMA)、甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯(HPMA)和甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)]、引发剂过硫酸铵(APS)和链转移剂巯基丙酸(MPA)通过自由基溶液聚合制备聚羧酸保坍剂,并研究了不饱和酯类单体种类、不饱和酯类单体的水解速度、羧基密度和酯基密度对保坍剂缓释性能的影响。结果表明,引入不同的不饱和羧酸酯类单体对保坍剂的分散性和缓释效果有不同影响,其中引入HEA和HPA合成的保坍剂表现出较好的缓释效果。 In this paper,putting TPEG,AA,monomers of unsaturated ester,APS and MPA as raw materials,synthetized the slump retaining agent by free radical polymerization.The monomers of unsaturated ester are HEA,HPA,HEMA,and MMA.The effects of the types of unsaturated ester monomers,the hydrolysis rate of unsaturated ester monomers,the density of carboxyl group and ester group on the slow-release performance of slump retaining agent were studied.The results show that the introduction of different unsaturated carboxylic acid ester monomers has different effects on the dispersion and slow-release effect of the slump retaining agent,and the slump retaining agent synthesized with HEA and HPA shows better slow-release effect.
