新型柔性丙烯酸盐灌浆材料的工艺性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 从固化条件、基材粘合、增强、环境稳定性等方面对新型高柔性丙烯酸盐灌浆材料开展了工艺性能研究。结果表明:灌浆材料的凝胶时间受环境温度的影响较大,可以通过加入缓凝剂调节凝胶时间;灌浆材料在干燥状态和潮湿状态下均能与混凝土地基实现较好的粘接;灌浆材料中添加丁苯胶乳可显著降低体积膨胀率;在-30℃的低温下,通过在灌浆材料中加入丙二醇,可正常反应并固化。经丙烯酸盐浆液包裹后的金属表现出了良好的耐腐蚀性能。 Focusing on the new high flexible acrylate grouting,the process performance was studied from several aspects,such as curing condition,substrate adhesion,reinforcement,environmental stability and so on.The results show that the gel time of the sample was greatly affected by the ambient temperature,and the curing time could be adjusted by adding the amount of retarder.The samples bonded well with the concrete foundation in both dry and wet conditions.Adding styrene-butadiene latex in the grouting fluid significantly reduced the volume expansion rate of the samples.At a low temperature of-30℃,the acrylate grouting reacted normally and solidified by adding propylene glycol to the slurry.The metal coated with acrylate slurry showed good corrosion resistance.
