夏热冬冷地区农村装配式钢结构节能建筑研究 被引量:5

摘要 针对夏热冬冷地区农村既有建筑在节能与建造方面存在的不足,采用DeST能耗模拟软件分析适用于该地区的围护结构节能改造措施,提出了节能50%、65%的装配式钢结构节能建筑方案,并进行能耗模拟验证和生态性与经济性分析。研究表明:应注重提高农村建筑围护结构的保温性能和控制窗墙比在0.2左右;分别采用100 mm玻璃纤维棉和40 mm酚醛板作为轻钢和重钢结构建筑外墙与屋顶构件的保温材料,塑钢中空玻璃窗作为外窗构件,可达到建筑节能50%的要求;虽然装配式钢结构节能建筑的造价成本略高于传统建筑,但其运行费用低、生态效益显著,在运行6~8年后,其总费用将低于传统建筑。 For the deficiencies of the rural existing buildings in hot summer and cold winter area in the aspects of energy-saving and construction,the DeST energy consumption simulation software was used to analyze the building external structure energy-saving retrofit measures,which were suitable for hot summer and cold winter area.The prefabricated steel structure building schemes with energy-saving of 50%and 65%were proposed,and the energy consumption simulation verification and ecological and economic analysis were carried out.The results show that the thermal insulation performance of rural building external structure should be improved and the window wall ratio should be controlled at about 0.2.Using 100 mm glass fiber wool and 40 mm phenolic board as the thermal insulation materials for the exterior wall and roof structural members of prefabricated light steel structure building and prefabricated heavy steel structure building,and using plastic steel hollow glass window as the exterior window structural member,the requirements of building energy-saving 50%can be achieved.Although the cost of prefabricated steel structure energy-saving building is slightly higher than that of traditional building,its operation cost is low and its ecological benefit is significant.After 6-8 years of operation,its total cost will be lower than that of traditional building.
