全面提升全民阅读水平是公共图书馆的价值所在,全民阅读推广是公共图书馆的天然使命。本研究通过梳理公共图书馆阅读推广评估的相关文献,结合我国公共图书馆评估实践中的阅读推广评估标准,在明确全民阅读背景下公共图书馆作为推动者、引导者和服务者的基本定位的基础上,构建面向全民阅读的公共图书馆阅读推广的建设、职能、成效评估指标体系,从而推动公共图书馆阅读推广评估实践,促进阅读推广工作改革和效能提升。表1。参考文献28。

The value of public libraries lies in comprehensively improving the level of national reading and the promotion of national reading is the natural mission of public libraries.By combing the relevant literature on the evaluation of reading promotion in public libraries combined with the reading promotion standards in the evaluation practice of public libraries in China and on the basis of clarifying the basic positioning of public libraries as promoters guiders and servers under the background of national reading this study constructs the construction responsibilities and effectiveness evaluation standard system so as to promote the practice of reading promotion evaluation in public libraries and the reform and efficiency improvement of reading promotion.1 fig.28 refs.
