应急管理一张图CIM应用平台设计方案

Design Scheme of CIM Application Platform for Emergency Management

为综合提升智慧开发区防灾减灾救灾的能力,建设应急管理一张图CIM应用平台是十分必要的。本文设计了一个智慧应急管理平台,通过将建筑信息模型(BIM)、地理信息系统(GIS)、物联网技术(IoT)等诸多核心技术进行整合,将各部门资源数据汇聚到一张图,实现了可视化管理、监测预警、协同联动及公众服务等功能。实践结果表明,该应急管理一张图CIM应用平台能提升智慧开发区应对灾害的综合能力。

In order to comprehensively improve the ability of disaster prevention,reduction and relief in the smart development zone,it is very necessary to build a CIM application platform for emergency management.This paper designs an intelligent emergency management platform,which integrates many core technologies such as building information model(BIM),geographic information system(GIS)and Internet of things(IoT),gathers the resource data of various departments into one map,and realizes the functions of visual management,monitoring and early warning,collaborative linkage and public service.The results of practice show that the CIM application platform of emergency management can comprehensively improve the comprehensive ability of Intelligent Development Zone to deal with disasters.
